CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking of 2+ persons require a credit card to hold the appointment.

12 hour notice prior to your appointment time must be given to avoid a 50% charge. Email, phone message or Facebook message are acceptable ways to contact us to change or modify an appointment.

ONLINE BOOKINGs

We call customers to confirm correct location, time & service they wished to book. Sometimes clients happen to book online at a different location or select a wrong service by mistake. Online bookings are not guaranteed unless we have confirmed via a phone call. All new clients visiting our spa for the first time must present a credit card for our cancellation policy.

RETURN POLICY

Products that have been opened or used will not be refunded or exchanged. If you are indecisive of any product(s), you may request a sample (if available). Limited samples per person.

We do NOT give refunds on services. If you where unhappy with the service(s) you received, please contact our management team.

CREDIT CARDS

In order to secure appointments and to uphold our cancellation policy, we require credit card information from all customers. 

GIFT CARDS

Merchant is not responsible for lost, misdirected, misplaced or stolen cards. Not redeemable for cash, and is non-refundable. Gift card must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are only redeemable at the location that they were purchased. Address of the location is at the back of the card.
